Very soon after my wife became pregnant for the first time, she became sick virtually 24/7. It seemed like the vomiting and nausea would never stop and she was so drained of energy all the time that normal everyday life became a distant memory.

We tried everything we could to get her better, and even resorted to taking a myriad of prescription medications and over the counters, but nothing showed any significant improvement and her wellness was still .

Do you suffer panic attacks?

Panic attacks are sudden surges of overwhelming fear that comes without warning and without any obvious reason. Often panic attack sufferers experience the fear of anticipation that something is about to happen and it is common for triggers of a panic attack to be a result of a phobia.

Like thousands of others I have suffered a fear of flying.
